Alicia absolutely LOVES wedding cake, she often says it's one of her favorite parts of the day... I usually just smile and tell that I know.

A beautiful cake is great to photograph and shows a bit about who the couple is; simple, elegant, lavish... From lavish fondant designs with ornate details or beautiful flowers the cake is the star of the reception.

Many cakes show a great outer beauty but fall short on the inside; dry, boring, bland...none of these describes our favorite cakes.

We're so excited about this year, we get to start it off at the Bridefest Bridal show Jan. 8 & 9 here in Spokane at the Convention Center.

I'm excited this was our 2nd engagement session for next year's weddings.

The snow started to fall as they arrived but we got a couple of really good photos. I love these tracks, I just may have to visit them another day.
